Mediation
Mediation for Small Businesses
Mediation needn't be the preserve solely of those in very large organisations.
In business, conflict is everywhere and it is not much fun entering into disputes with the people and companies we do business with. Impartial, flexible and informal mediation can help you resolve that conflict in a cost-effective, rapid way avoiding court and all the pain associated with it.
Mediation for Larger Businesses and Corporates
Mediation needn't be the preserve solely of those departing the organisation.
Mediation is often used when an employee is departing an organisation for whatever reason. However, mediation can also be useful when resolving internal disputes where it is felt that no impartiality can be found.
Not all workplace disputes need to end in termination.
Conflict Training
