You’ve had the accolades and promotions, and now you've got the title, the experience, and the ambition. You’ve been the high performer, hell, you ARE the high performer. The go-to. Performance is emotional. If people don’t feel safe, seen, and valued, they won’t think strategically or take initiative because they can’t. Fear overrides creativity.

They’ll play small, hedge their bets, or quietly look for something better.
