I intervene directly with leadership teams in crisis. Not going through mediation as a process, nor facilitation as a workshop. Strategic intervention that restores the team's capacity to lead.
This work is for situations where:
• The CEO and co-founder haven't had a real conversation in months
• Board and executive team are operating in parallel universes
• A key leader's behaviour is poisoning the culture—and no one will name it
• The team is "functional" on paper but avoiding the decisions that matter
How I Work
I come in, see what's actually happening, and name the unnameable. Then I work with the team—together and individually—until the fracture is repaired and the team can function without me.
Where formal mediation is required, I am accredited to deliver it. This is rare, most fractures resolve through strategic intervention first.
Timeline: 4–8 weeks.
Investment: £15,000–£30,000.
