What does DiSC stand for?

DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: Dominance,

influence,

Steadiness and

Conscientiousness.

D dominant personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.

i dominant personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.

S dominant personalities tend to be dependable and place an emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.

C dominant personalities tend to place an emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.

We are all a combination of the styles, which impacts our personalities, leadership style and the way we communicate. Which personality dominance are you? Purchase an assessment to find out.

Step 1: The Assessment

You take a short DiSC personality assessment to determine where you “fit” into the four main personality reference styles.

The DiSC model test itself takes 15 to 20 minutes and includes approximately 80 questions.

Step 2: The Debrief

Once the results are in, you will receive a detailed, personalised report on your results and you'll learn about your unique behavioural style, strategies for better communications and relationship building, your needs and your preferred work environment in a 1:1 debrief with Victoria Canham.

During this personalised session, we’ll dive deep into your results and uncover a clear path to awakening your potential—and creating a life in alignment with your work and life goals.
